		Robert Verrell Bsc (Est Man) FRICS Email: robert.verrell@broadlands.co.uk Robert is a Chartered Surveyor, and graduated with honours in Estate Management in 1979. He was elected as a member of the RICS in 1980 and a Fellow in 1988. He has over 30 years experience dealing with commercial property, and has advised on numerous development projects, commercial agency, arbitrations and valuations on a wide range of property types.
